360 Business Council Board of Directors Nominee Requirements

Candidates must meet the criteria established by the Board of Directors as listed below:

Directors Seeking Re-Election

  1. Must have corporate membership dues fully paid or be the owner of a small business with all fees fully paid.
  2. Must have met Board financial commitment. (Corporate $10,000; Small Businesses: Class I $2,500, Class II $5,000, Class III $7,500, Class IV $10,000)
  3. Must have reported Small Business spend to 360 Business Council.
  4. Must have attended at least 75% of scheduled board meetings.
  5. Must have participated in 80% of 360 Business Council signature events.
  6. Must have actively participated in at least one Board Committee.
  7. Must have met the recruitment requirement of 2 new Small Busines Enterprises or 2 new corporate members, respectively.

New Candidates

Corporate Members

    1. Company must actively see to do business with Small Business Suppliers.
    2. Company must be current member with dues fully paid.
    3. Company must serve on a 360 Business Council committee.
    4. Company must participate in the Procurement Conference and the Awards Program.
    5. Candidate must hold a company leadership position CEO, CPO, V.P. etc… or be a Procurement or Business Unit Leader.
    6. Candidate must be able to meet all the responsibilities of a 360 Business Council Board Member.

Must have recruited 2 Corporations as new members of 360 Business Council (1 per calendar year).

Small Business Enterprises (SBEs)

    1. Candidate must be the owner of the business.
    2. Candidate must have all current fees fully paid.
    3. Company must serve on a 360 Business Council committee.
    4. Company must participate in the Procurement Conference and the Awards Program.
    5. Candidate must be able to meet all the responsibilities of a 360 Business Council Board Member.

Must have recruited 2 new Small Business Enterprises (1 per calendar year).
